When you want to share something with the world but keep it a secret at the same time. This cafe is absolutely that! *Chef's kiss* This little lunch abode is so far from generic. Our meals were absolutely delicious! I had a chicken burger in a brioche bun, with the most amazing, let me say "the most amazing" pickled fennel I have ever tasted! That was something else. Also my mocha, you want real coffee! Here's the place to go... The Owner knows his passion and it speaks volumes in his food! [No stack and slap together!] The staff, the atmosphere and the food is 5 star from me! Will I go there again, absolutely!

Outstanding quality and service. I haven't done many reviews lately, but these guys have inspired me to post. Friendly welcome from the staff as we entered was lovely. I tried my usual Iced Soy Mocha. It came out in a massive glass! Great value! The coffee was strong and bold, holding some smokey notes at the top of my pallette. Was super smooth with the melting ice cream. One of my top 5 in Adelaide so far! Outstanding balance! 4.8/5 ⭐ I also tried the Lemonade scones! They came with homemade cream and jam!! They had an interesting flavour and texture. They said they have lady grey infused in the mix. Really great with the coffee! 4.7/5 ⭐ Will be back again for sure!

I had a lovely cardamom latte with a cheese toastie and a side of pickles. The pickles were amazing. Will definitely be back for a latte.

Such a beautiful little cafe. My fiance recommended the cafe after having the batch brew so I had to try it. A lot of love is obviously poured into their coffee. The food looks amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. It was nice to sit and read for a while.

What a gem of a place. Fantastic coffee and everything is home made and delicious. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I cant wait to drop in for a coffee and bite again soon. My only negative is that it's too far from home.

Best coffee art in Adelaide. Am yet to eat here much, never been disappointted with my lattes. Love having a little local in Wayville, regular staff always welcome us into there on trend space. You won't be looking at your phone you will be looking at their indoor plants.

You MUST try the BLT… actually all the food. The most quality and delicious food that I constantly rave to my friends (and strangers) about. I’ve been visiting Flow since it opened and Tanh, Jenny, Brian and the team have always been amazing!! You can really tell the owner cares about the food he serves, the coffee he serves and the people he serves it to! You can tell there’s real passion in this project for them rather than “just another coffee shop”. Definitely worth a visit (and seriously the BLT is to die for)

Had a shot of single espresso and a flat white which was served well. Nice latte art too! Ordered a iced long black to go as well and was recommended the filter, which was a nicer option. Had sampled the filter coffee too! Appreciate the kind and honest conversation! Thank you guys!

Flow is my new favourite! Welcoming and warm is the first impression by Thanh (*Tarn). His Barista skills are top of the range and matched with his passion for great coffee and products. With 27 years experience he's figured out what those who appreciate a great Cafe are looking for. The coffee I had was super smooth, lovely flavour and needed no sweetening. I had one of his premium home made Florentine biscuit and it was genuinly the best I've ever had - made with natural ingredients as well! Pay a visit to this one on the corner of Joslin Street - I can almost guarantee you'll be back - I sure will be. Love the set up inside, plenty of room outside for bikes etc.

A business owner who knows his stuff. Great to see someone passionate about good coffee running a business like this in Adelaide. My cappuccino was delicious and full of flavour, with signage showing what I can except with the beans I was drinking. Great hot chocolate for the small one and tasty banana bread. After having a very friendly chat with the knowledgeable and experienced owner, it was refreshing to find a gem like this. Will be back again when in Adelaide.

Delicious speciality coffee and excellent food - had espresso and "ham and cheeses" toasted sandwich with house made pickles. The coffee was perfect with delicious notes of stone fruit and some sherbet fizz. The sandwich was rich, cut through with the lightly pickled, crisp mix of fennel, onions and pear. Service was warm and the price was very reasonable.

It was a great pleasure to stop and taste here before leaving Adelaide. The coffee were excellent, and we could feel that the barista is passionate about making superb coffee. The barista also introduced much interesting knowledge about coffee. To make a platinum coffee, every kind of raw materials are cherry-picked. For example, the milk shown in the photo came from a pasture which only has 120 cows and only provide premium milk to certain world-class clients, this not available in the open market. And the chocolate is a special selected kind to perfectly match other elements in the coffee as well. They recommend that for the taste of coffee itself (rather than chocolate), it would be better to start with Cappuccino or Latte (unfortunately I was a mocha and chocolate lover). If you are in Sydney, the barista also recommended a similar cafe which is devoted to make world-class coffee - the Q on Harries cafe in Ultimo. But if you ever plan to visit Adelaide, this cafe - Flow Espress Specialty is definitely a must-go for coffee lovers (You might want to go earlier because they have many regular local customers). Update: revisited in August 2024 after 11 months from my first time here. The coffee is still the top in Australia. I miss the smell and the taste here.

Its a new place and the owner seems so incredibly passionate about his craft. I have yet to try the food but have heard it is amazing. The coffee art is so awesome too!
